It would seem to me that if Pierre was born 16 Dec 1644, that on the day of his marriage he was 39 years of age, not 35 as is said in Jeanne's bio.
posted by Paul Beshara
As per sources (Marriage Act), Pierre is 35 and Jeanne is 13.

As per source document on Pierre Guignard (Guignard-59) His birth certificate image (Dec 16, 1644) would indicate his actual age. ;)

Understood however; the marriage act, which is a WT approved source, states that he is 35. WT goes by what the source states.

Hope this resolves this issue. :-)

The age given by the clergy on acts is almost always to be understood to be an estimation by them. The act says what it says, and that is reflected in the bio. Whether the priest was in error or not also gets reflected this way. Happens even more on funeral records.

Guillemet-4 and Guilmet-7 appear to represent the same person because: I believe the only difference is the spelling of the last name. I have seen it spelled both ways.

PS the mother's name are variants of a name so I am also going to be proposing a merge for them Sel-1 and Selle-30 (I have seen both spellings of these names also)

Guillemet is the correct spelling of her LNAB as per sources.
