Zenon Utier CHAUVIN, son of Zenon & Carmelite ROBICHUD, born 1 Sep 1826 (Thib.Ch.: v.2, p. 199). [This would be a younger brother who married a different woman]

Zenon CHAUVIN, 14 years old [Note by KTR: he would really have been only 13 years, 4 months], son of Zenon & Malite ROBICHAUX, married on 28 Dec 1839 to Mathilde BOUDIN, age 18 years [Note by KTR: really 10 days short of 18]; civil record at Lafourche Parish Courthouse, Thibodaux, LA (Thib.Ct.Hse.: Mar. v.3, #40).

In the 1850 census Zenon (age 24) was in Terrebonne, Louisiana, United States.^[3]

In the 1860 census Zenon (age 40) was at 11th Ward, Terrebonne, Louisiana, United States.^[4]
