Emigration to Pennsylvania

John Carver and his wife Mary are said to be from St. Albans in Hertfordshire, England.
Mary was pregnant with their first child when they arrived in Pennsylvania in 1682 with her husband. She gave birth to their daughter Mary in October of that year.
It is not known which ship they arrived on. The claim to be among the passengers of Welcome is probably not true, since their daughter was born in Pennsylvania a few days prior to William Penn's arrival aboard Welcome[1]. They were however among the early arrivals and First Purchasers.
John's brothers William, Joseph, and Jacob, are said to have come to Pennsylvania from England in about the same time in 1682 on the ship "Samson"[2]. All were members of the Society of Friends (Quakers).
John took up a patent from Wm. Penn, 690 acres of land in the NE part of Byberry along Poquessing Creek. It includes the old homestead which remained in the family for six generations, having descended successively from father to son, all of whom were named John, until 1864.
John was a malster by profession, and the malt house was continued until the fourth generation when the business became so poor it was given up.

Source item # 4 does not show in the "sources" section but is mentioned. Any idea what happened to it? They wanted help with the last name and I'm guessing his first name was Richard but have no idea of the source document.

It was in the image of the Byberry meeting above the children's names.

Looking at it again the work may be "Born" with an extra letter/squiggle in it. Or Porny/Grorny; there is a Porney surname loosely associated with one of the Carvers.
