John Bowen was born in New South Wales, Australia
John King Bowen was born on 19th February 1916 in Sydney's inner eastern suburbs, New South Wales, Australia. He was the fourth and youngest son of Otway Bowen and Dorothy King. [1]
John married Monica Clifford in 1940 in Sydney's northern suburbs. [2] The marriage ended before 1946.
John married a second time, to Audrey Hosking in 1946 in Sydney's eastern suburbs. [3] They had a son, Antony John, who died in infancy in 1952. The marriage also ended in divorce, before 1973.
John married one further time, to Carolyn Jan Davies in 1973 in Sydney. [4]
Aged about 87 years, he passed away in 2003. [5]
