Bryan Bowen was born in New South Wales, Australia

Bryan Otway Bowen was born in 1913 in Gunnedah, New South Wales, Australia. He was the third son of Welsh-born Otway Bowen, who was managing a sheep station, and Dorothy King, from England. ^[1] The family subsequently settled in Sydney's eastern suburbs, where his father worked as an accountant.

Bryan married Juliette Carnielo in 1936 in Sydney's northern suburbs. ^[2]

Aged 71 years, he passed away on 27th November 1984 in Sydney and his ashes are placed in the Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens. ^[3][4]
