Margaret married John de Tibetot, Knt., 2nd Lord Tibetot,[3][5] son and heir of Pain de Tibetot, Knt., 1st Lord Tibetot, and Agnes de Roos, before 24 July 1337.[1][2] They had 2 sons.
John,[2][4] first son and heir, born in 1338 and died before his father, shortly before 8 Oct 1359, without issue.[1]
Robert, Knt., 3rd Lord Tibetot,[4] baptized at Nettlestead, Suffolk 11 June 1341, married Margaret Deincourt and had three children. He died 13 April 1372.[1][2]
In 1338, Margaret was co-heiress to her brother Giles de Badlesmere, Knt., 2nd Lord Badlesmere, inheriting the manors of Mardeley, Hertfordshire and Castle Combe, Wiltshire.[2]
Margaret died between 3 December 1344 and 4 December 1347.[2][4] Her husband remarried before 15 June 1348 to Elizabeth Aspall, widow of Sir ___ de Wauton. He died on 6 (or 13) April 1367.[2]
