Maud married first to Robert FitzPayn, who died before 10 December 1322.[1] They were married by October 1316 (see Note, below).
She married second, before 27 March 1336, to John de Vere, Knt., 7th Earl of Oxford, son of Alphonse de Vere and Joan Foliot.[1] They had four sons and three daughters.
John, son and heir apparent, born about 1335, married Elizabeth de Courtenay and had no issue. John died before his father, on 23 June 1350.[1]
Thomas, Knt., 8th Earl of Oxford, was born about 1336 or 1337, second but first surviving son and heir, married Maud de Ufford and had a son. Sir Thomas died at Great Bentley, Essex in September 1371.[1] His will was dated 1 August 1371.[3]
Aubrey, Knt., 10th Earl of Oxford, third but only surviving son and heir, was born about 1338-40. He married Alice Fitz Walter and they had three children. Sir Aubrey died 23 April 1400.[1]
Robert,[1] died before 2 November 1358 and was buried at Colne Priory, according to his father's will.[3]
Margaret, married first to Henry de Beaumont, Knt., 3rd Lord Beaumont; second to Nicholas de Lovaine, Knt., and third to John Devereux, K.G., 1st Lord Devereux.[1]
Maud, was living, unmarried, in 1359,[1] as she was named in her father's will.
Elizabeth, married first to Hugh de Courtenay, K.G., second to John de Mowbray, Knt., 3rd Lord Mowbray, and third, to William de Cossington, Knt.[1]
Maud was co-heiress in 1338 to her brother, Giles de Badlesmere, Knt., 2nd Lord Badlesmere and inherited the manors of Badlesmere, Kent, Market Overton, Rutland, Laughton and South Heighton, Sussex, and Cotsow, Wiltshire.[1] The Inquisition Post Mortem for Giles can be seen here.
Sir John de Vere died testate at the Siege of Rheims, France, on 23 (or 24) January 1359/60.[1] The will of "John de Vere Earl of Oxford" was dated 2 November 1358 and named Maud my wife.[3] Maud died testate on 24 May 1366. She and John were buried at Earls Colne, Essex.[1]
Note on First Marriage
On 2 May 1316 in London, Badlesmere contracted with Robert, Lord FitzPayn, for the marriage of FitzPayn's son and heir, also named Robert, aged about ten, to Badlesmere's six-year-old daughter Maud. It was agreed that Lord FitzPayn would provide Maud with a dower of 200 marks’ worth of land, and that he would not grant out any of his land, save £200 worth, without Badlesmere’s permission. Badlesmere agreed to pay FitzPayn 1,200 marks in installments as the marriage portion, and to keep Maud in his own custody for a year after the marriage. FitzPayn also agreed to enter into a recognizance (formally entered into on 16 July 1316) to Badlesmere for 20,000 marks to guarantee the marriage (which took place by October 1316, when Maud was formally assigned her dower by FitzPayn).[citation needed]

Thanks Joe! That explains why I couldn't find it in Richardson... I was searching for combinations with 1308 when I should have been looking for "30 in 1338" (although I still didn't find it in Google's snippit view).
Liz, she was co-heir to her brother who died in 1338. The IPMs are actually very confusing because the jurors kept returning the wrong names of his sisters! Several ages are given for her (not unusual), but the consensus was she was age 30 in 1338. Other ages given included age 25 in 1338 and aged 28 in 1338.
Her MedLands entry has birth as 1308/10.
