Question about Michael Carroll of Lishenboy, Ireland's son Anthony

Question

I am DNA matched to his father, Michael and his mother JoAnna Browne and to their son Anthony born 1725 died 1832.  All the trees I have found list son Anthony  as 1722-1794; however this Anthony was the son of Michael's brother Daniel and his wife Mary Brown. In addition to which this Anthony died without issue, so there is no possibility he is the father I am seeking for James and Mary Carroll.

Any help you may provide will be most appreciated!! I have spent months and many more hours reaching deadends.

I had looked into this and you are correct...

I had then noticed that Daniel & his wife also had a son named Anthony too.

It appeared to me that the two Anthony's were actually vague duplicates of each other.

I had proposed a merge from Michael's son Anthony to Daniel's son Anthony and provided an explanation behind the proposed merge.
