I am a direct paternal great great grandson of John Smith and I would love to find out who his parents are for sure. I have heard family stories that John was possibly adopted or just take in by the Smith's in the Wayne County Kentucky area. John was born 13th June of 1869 most likely in Tennessee and died the 25th of Feburary of 1925 in Wayne County Kentucky. He was married to Freely Morgan Smith from Wayne County Kentucky and they are both buried in the Morgan Cemetery in Slickford Community of Wayne County. I have done a DNA test and John Smith's paternal group R-S1855 which I also belong to. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated by me and the rest of the Smith Family.
