Parents are Maria ( Krieger ) and Otto Smith lived in North Dakota, Bernice Streetman ( Smith ) was born March 19, 1916.

This looks like Otto, divorced, living with his oldest children.  Click on the image if you can.  Not sure of ''Billitti'' - looks like maybe an ''O'' or ''G'' and not B.
