Looking for William Hutchinson-889

Question

He is alleged to be born in 1590 at Owthorpe Notts and died in 1690, at Topsfield MA.  I can find no evidence for either. Beginning to suspect there is no such person.

This is not THE William Hutchinson-60, husband of Anne.

hmph, Findmypast didn't show me that one, but then I was looking in Notts. It was the Lincolnshire Hutchinsons who went wholesale to New England (tho some of them came back).

This is good, because it means I'm not responsible for him and can detach him from the wrong parents.

His profile has him dying in Topsfield, MA, otherwise no information.

He was originally attached to the Owthorpe Hutchinsons ('my" Hutchinsons), where he didn't fit. I have no plans to research him further now that he's detached.
