Is there a way to correct an error I made in merging my grandfather to someone elses so I am Profile Manager?

That profile has not been merged so I am assuming you are referring to his father's profile.

The merging of duplicate profiles is never a mistake. You are still the manager of the profile as is the person that created the duplicate. While I am not fond of the current system of adding managers of duplicates to the original profile when merging, there isn't much one can do about it. Unless another profile manager is causing damage to the profile or there is some other serious issue between you, then this shouldn't be a major problem.

Marilyn,  your grandfather will be glad to know that more than one person is interested in his life. You will find that as Wikitree is a global tree, more than a couple of people are likely to add info to his profile. This is a good thing as it helps build the story of his life.

The problem is I need to merge the whole profile ancestors and descendants.  I have become profile manage for a couple.  Please help.  mszum at att.net
