These profiles do look like duplicates (but I haven't studied the family, and I see that there are conflicting spouses, which sometimes is an indication of conflation). Since you are a profile manager on both of these profiles, you cannot propose the merge without being invited to complete it immediately, but to help make other members aware of the situation, you could add an "unmerged match."
Both of these profiles are connected to parents and one set of grandparents. It will be necessary to merge all three duplicated generations of the family, not just this person. (As a rule, we should make sure that the parents are merged before the child, to prevent the duplicate parents from being "orphaned.") I see you are a manager for at least some of the other family profiles, so it looks you will need to have a major role in getting them merged.
