The details don't match anybody very well. But there was only one Bolling immigrant in that era, that we know of. He had a son John in 1677. A few years later he remarried and had more kids, but not called John. Obviously there isn't time to get to the next generation. And the mention of Kippax clearly ties your stray to that family.
So may as well just merge him away. The PPP isn't an obstacle. Actually you won't be touching the PPP profile anyway.
