a. Focus on the ones we do have listed:

b. Use the names on the DGFA Book corrections

c. For the names not listed above, use the names on SW's 37 familles list:(there are a few names that don't match with above DGFA (Daigre is not used here but Daigle is) http://www.umoncton.ca/umcm-ceaac/node/55
Re uploading gedcom, i found i had to customize my gedcom as there were so many duplicates with Wikitree. My strategy was to:
A) check the common pioneer ancestor in one of my lines (e.g. Daniel LeBlanc), B) check how many descendents in my line were already on Wikitree, and
C) Create a gedcom that just included the descendents not on Wikitree. For each line, i only had to upload 3 to 5 generations. It was sometimes easier to manually insert them.
I have many of the pioneers listed on my profile page near the bottom, so this may be a starting place.

I reviewed your names and most were not on the list; I would check with the Quebecois project group for advice on their standardized names. Here is the list I found in Stephen White's DGFA, focused on those names in which he did a genealogy
The first name is the name he had on his list. I would use it if you think the ancestor was Acadian. If Quebecois, I would defer to the Quebecois standardization.
