Help please Acadian Family Girouard/Cormier

I have this family almost all sorted with Baptism records.

One child, Thelonie, I cannot find anywhere in the census or the Bouctouche PR. The person who added her gives no info what so ever, as usual.

In the 1881 census, Marie Blanche and Priscille are 6 and 3 years old respectively. I have found a baptism for a Marie in 1871, so she is too old to be Marie Blanche. It appears that she could be Melonie or Colette in the census. The actual Colette was first born, baptised in 1856, the same day as the parents marriage, and is likely married by the 1881. The actual Mélanie is second born in 1857, and is also likely married.

Does anyone have more info on this family?
edit: What Parish might the family have used other than Bouctouche?
Thanks,

Dawn

The 1881 Census for this family is St Mary/Sainte Marie de Kent. The church in Sainte Marie de Kent is Notre Dame du Mont Carmel.

edit: Got the census, can't find the PR. IGD doesn't seem to have it.

Wow what a mess. I found a 1891 census with David at 57, Harriette at 56, Clement at 26, Michel at 25, Cyrille at 22, Melenie at 20 Gertrude at 18, Marie at 16 and Priscille at14.  I did look at the dob's of the children on Davids profile and they are nothing as to what i found. Here is the link. If you have a prob opening it let me know. But no mention on the name you were looking for.

The birth dates I added to the profiles are the correct ones. Census are notoriously incorrect.

Melonie and Thelonie sound alike.  Especially in Censuses names seem to get conflagrated based on what the census taker heard.  Could they be the same person?

I looked at the images and I don't think it could be read as Thelonie. I think Melanie is actually Marie and not her sister Melanie who was much older. It seems that the two oldest have disappeared and their names reused, though not in a baptism.
