Aside from he fact he was electrocuted, do you happen to know what for. With a nickname like that, it must have been something pretty bad. He even looks bad! (But he’s wearing a tie!)

I found this article about "Bad Bill" - https://www.newspapers.com/clip/21388682/evening_report/ .  He killed a couple of law enforcement officers.  He was bad!

I totally agree with Pip but he is wearing a tie made him not so bad still laughing Pip love you remark there
