Any info on Jessie Waters or his family, from Arkansas?

In order to help you find information for the right Jessie (or Jesse) Waters, we need to have a bit more information.  If you can provide a time frame -- even if it's just a rough guess, it would help.  Also, if you know that he had a certain wife or child, it will help us to narrow down the search.

For example, here is a link to a Jesse Waters who could have been born anywhere between 1870 and 1990 in Arkansas.  But do you know whether he was born in Arkansas -- or just lived there?  And do you have a rough guess about when he was born?  If we know anything about who his wife or children were, it will help us know we're on the right track.

Hmm...I know he was married to Faye...well, that was her middle name that she went by, I'm unsure of her first name. I know one of their children is Linda,  who was born in 1959 (i believe in Newport) so my guess would be that he was born in the 30's or 40's. I don't know if he was originally  from arkansas.

I only found one Jesse that had a wife named Faye (Julia Faye), and he had the name Jesse WALTERS.  Is there any chance you have the last name wrong? Since the dates are so recent, I don't want to violate anyone's privacy by asking too many questions.  

If you take a look at this link, the second and third entry seem like they might fit the person you are looking for, but only if the last name is Walters.

The daughter you mentioned was born after the last publicly available census (which was 1940), so I can't check against that.

It is Waters...but one person told me that they believed it had originally been spelled Watters. I'm not sure if that helps. I will check out those links when I get home.  Thank you!
