Parents of Moses Teague 1776 NC

Question

I am not convinced that Edward and Lauranna are his parents. While not impossible but I think not likely, as she would have been nearly 60 years old. Last child born to them (Luranna) before  Moses is 13 years.

Is there any reliable documentation for this. Thank You
