Yeah, those are some garbage profiles. You are right to be wary. I don't think I would call these duplicates. There's not much that is the same other than Peder Larsen having a wife with a last name of Olsdatter. They weren't born in the same year or married in the same year. You don't have a matching daughter, Ane Katrine.
I looked at Larsen-519 descendants and tried to find any matching families on FamilySearch without success which seems unusual for that era when records are pretty good. Unless you see the whole line fitting into your profiles, I would recommend leaving it alone. Simple name matching is almost never a good idea with Danish profiles.
