Getting access to locked profiles

I'd like to edit a few profiles that are my direct family. These people are deceased and the person who added them to Wikitree is now also deceased. Prior to her death, she was going to give me access to edit. Unfortunately some of the information is wrong. Is there a moderator or administration person that I can contact to get access?

The best you can do is to contact info @ wikitree.com as it says here:
