Pictures and certificates

Question

Good Evening all,  As i have started working on  my sources,   a   question came to my mind.  Is there a limit on pictures  per  profile?  and the other   question is if we have b/c, marriage certificates, death certificates, does  wiki tree  encourage  to  post them, as it would be classified as a  source?
