Thomas Rodwekk was the brother of my Great Grandfather William. Both were sons of James and Elizabeth (Hanwell) Rodwell and were born in Long Marston, Herts, England. William emigrated to the USA in 1869 and settled in Massachusetts. As you must know, Thomas and his wife Sarah emigrated too NSW, Australia in 1858 and have many descendants there. I have communicated with genealogists and relatives in England who were surprised to learn what happened to William but knew about Thomas and Sarah down under.
