Is our family related to this family?

I recently found my birth family via DNA.  The family name is Stroud.  My father Edgar Hale Stroud (now deceased) was born in PA, raised in NJ, and eventually moved to FL.  My paternal grandfather was Franklin W. Stroud, Jr. (also known as W. Franklin Stroud) who was also born in PA and my paternal great grandfather was Franklin W. Stroud, Sr..  The Stroud family history stops with Franklin, Sr..  I was wondering if our family might be related to this family.

There are some 1300 Strouds on Wikitree.  Which of them are you referring to?  You should enter a WikiTree ID = surname-xxx where xxx is the ID number for us to look at.  You apparently haven't joined Wikitree yet.  You need to first enter your e-mail to be given a WikiTree ID.  If you want to offically join WikiTree yoiu need to "volunteer" and enter some tags (like the Stroud you entered) and then sign the Honor Code and you'll be officially a Wikitree Geneologist.
