Marcus L. Sewell Y-DNA

My name is Martin L. Sewell, Jr. I have tested extensively with Oxford Ancestors, Family Tree DNA, and BritainsDNA for both Y-DNA and mtDNA. In my case I have written a book detailing my findings. The book is entitled A Westward Trek: A Sewell Family's Paternal Lineage. I suspect, but have no proof, that there might be a chance I am related to Marcus. However, in reality, my data can only serve as a baseline from which to begin trying to piece together the genetic puzzle. Has anyone who thinks they might, too, be related to MLS tested their Y-DNA and published this data?

Dear Robert, please note that I personally have not requested any "assistance" with genealogy as implied by the Marcus L. Sewell Y-DNA "Comment" on this site. Furthermore, the article is written as if I actually wrote it. I have no problem with you mentioning the book, but the presentation is erroneous, misleading, and, from my perspective, unacceptable. Regards, MLS, Jr.
