James Sewell murder accusation

Hi, just curious if anyone knows where to find some details on this appears that Sewell-1593 was at one point charged with murder/manslaughter but acquitted per the PANB but I have been unable to locate any more details on what this was about. Anyone have any ideas where to look?

Your best bet would probably be to see if you can find an old newspaper article from the time of the charge and the time of the trial.

Don't just look in New Brunswick, try nationally as well as American papers.
