William S Goddard and Margette Winslow born about 1820?

Question

Stuck on my great great grandfather's, George Alexander Soullurd Goddard, Parents.  I know their names are correct,  I have his death certificate.   But I can find no trace of them.  George was born at sea, June 24, 1842, birth place listed as New Brunswick Canada - no trace of him until 1860 Florida Massachusetts .  His mothers birthplace is listed as Ireland , father England. Family lore, also published by a family author indicates william died young in a fox hunting accident, Margette supposedly remarried someone that worked as their coachman and the family disapproved - no name was given in family records of second husband - Margette does not show up with George in Massachusetts either.  No know siblings.  George served in the Massachusetts 3rd Calvary , US Civil War.  Hoping to find william, Margette and or siblings of George

Julia A. Goddard died Dec 27 1918, born March 28 1839.Florida Mass.

Father Asher King,Mother Loranie Stacer, Father born Deerfield,Mass.

Mother Battlebrough,Vermont.

Julia died in Michigan also

Yes thank you- Julia was easy and our family records documented from then on. But I can not find George Goddards lineage.  He shows up in an 1860 census Massachusetts but nothing before and locating his parents and or sibling has proved difficult.   I appreciate your assistance
