I'm wondering if you're wondering why you can't add people to WikiTree yet. :-)
I just took a look at your profile, and it looks like you haven't volunteered yet. Fred has left you instructions on your profile page about how to do that. Once you volunteer, one of our Greeters will come along to confirm your membership and give you a little more information about how to get started.
In the meantime, take just a few minutes to read through the How to use Wikitree page. There are some good pointers for using the website and for getting started with genealogy.
