Mary was born 23 Nov 1943 at St Vincent's Infant and Maturnity Home in Chicage, IL USA (now closed) Her birth mother signed adoption consent on 30 Nov 1943 and she was placed with her new parents Stanley and Margaret Hybiak. Mary recieved a letter 8 Jun 2006 from The Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago Maternity/Adoption Deptment, 651 West Lake Street, Chicago IL 60661-2357, telephone 312 655 7000, fax 312 382 1612, email ccadopitions@earthlink.net. with this information, Her birth mother was 39 years old, of Irish decent, divorced, Mary's birth father was 31 of German descent. Mary was never able to find out who her birth mother was.
