The alledged murder happened 1 Jun 1905 in McKean Twp., Licking Co., Ohio.

The newspaper, referring to his indictment, was dated 28 Apr 1905.

The one I'm looking at is dated June 24, 1906.  There is a one about the arrest dated June 1905.
