Making a profile available to a user in a different privacy level other than the one set by default for all users?

Can I make a specific profile - in privacy level "Private with Public Family Tree"  available to a specific user only at the level "Public"? thank you

Hi Petr. Sorry, no. Either you add the member to the Trusted List of the profile in which case they have full access including edit capability, or you do not, in which case they cannot see more of the profile than anybody else.
