Can't change Privacy level

Question

Trying to change the Privacy from closed to open I get an error https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Lepp-103 that it's an invalid request.

However, the birth date shows as 1870s. The person therefore would be more than 100 years old by now, so WikiTree should not assume they are still living, even without a death date. See
