Can someone please help me to navigate wikitree? Thank you.

I really need help with navigating wikitree.  I guess I had cancelled Wikitree, but I just opened it, and it DID give me the same ID.  How do I see my old tree?

I don't think it gave you the same ID as you had before; your profile says 0 contributions. I would think that if you had access to your original account, you'd see more contributions.

Helen, send an email to info at Wikitree dot com and explain your situation.  If you actually have two accounts they can fix it.

Hi Helen and welcome back.

Perhaps you can give us a few names, dates, locations of ancestors you had on your tree. We might be able to find them and help you figure out what happened.

You could try the Search function in the Find menu above. Then put in the names and other information and the system will  look around.
