There's a Benjamin missing from the PGM

Question

According to Robert Charles Anderson, he was in the GM.  I found him on page 160 of the first volume.  Why is he not in the project categorization that pulls up when you check through "my connections"?

I see Richard Benjamin, whose connection to John has yet to be established, but not 10th Great Grandpa John himself.  Was this an omission, or did someone find something that excludes him which would be weird considering he was a personal friend of Governor Winthrop?

Would you please clarify where you are not seeing him as part of the PGM Project? His profile does have the project categorization as it should. Are you saying he doesn't show up in your connections at all? Or maybe you are looking at something different…?

He does not appear when using the "My Connections", Great Migration listings.  Other ancestors do populate, just not John Benjamin.  I am more confused because I just found John on the list on the 2nd page of Bs.  Why is this connection not populating when I quiry "Puritan Great Migration" to see my connections, he, a direct ancestor, does not populate.

I just read the paragraph above the datatable.  Why are only 200 names used in the "My Connections" PGM tab when there are 6k profiles?  This makes no empirical sense.

I found that if I clicked a "next" tab, the whole of the database was combed, but it is weird that all of the information is not the default information.

Can someone fix that setting so that all of the data is scanned on the first attempt.  I can't think that this would be "fun" for people who use this site much less than I do.

If you are only looking for direct ancestors who are PGM you might have better luck with Ancestor Explorer. You can find it under Tree Apps, then click other apps (last entry). Then click Ancestor Explorer snd follow the prompts to get PGM ancestors. You can also use it for other categories such as Mayflower or Magna Carta, etc.

My Connections only shows people within 7 degrees of you. Is it probable that John Benjamin is more than 7 degrees or generations from you? If so, he won’t appear.
