Tiffany,
As others have said, Wikitree doesn't actually match your DNA with anyone, but rather matches up "information" entered by other Wikitree members. Those matches are suggestions on who may match you DNA-wise, but you still need to verify that match on the other sites that provide DNA matching such as GEDmatch.
GEDmatch is great for comparing individuals from multiple Autosomal DNA companies (Ancestry, 23 & Me, etc.), and the basic membership is free. They charge a small fee for access to more advanced tools. Once you have an account there, you can enter the GEDmatch ID here on Wikitree and it will show on your profile.
One of the other things I noticed was that your tree is still relatively small. The further back you go, the more possibilities of matching with someone who may be a descendant of a 2nd or 3rd Great-grandparent... the odds increase dramatically. So perhaps those showing as a match on Ancestry are either not on Wikitree; or they may be a descendant of a 2nd or 3rd Great-grandparent that you have not connected to yet. It just takes time to grow your tree to find those potential matches. So just keep adding your ancestors and the matches will come... eventually.
