Change Carmi Vandusen's wife

Question

When Carmi and Zena Vandusen's profiles were created Zina's wife, Charlotte (Lottie), was entered as Carmi's wife.  I think I have created corrections for everyone but I can't follow how to make Delia as Zina's mother.  This all needs fresh eyes.  This is a good family for additions in the coming connectathon.  I don't enter it any more.  Feel free to make any corrections.  I gave up last night because I was so confused and went back this morning.

Hi Beulah, I changed Zina's mother to Delia.  If you would like to know how to do that please ask me.

Yes please.  Adding Delia as Carmi's wife did not fix Zina for me.  I still don't follow it in the changes made to the profiles.

Hi Beulah, first thing I did was write down the correct mother's ID - Delia Williams-138042 on a scratch pad, then I went to Zina's profile, clicked edit, looked to the far right where it says mother, clicked on the tiny letters that say  (replace/remove mother).  And then followed directions.  Cheers!

Thank you.  The changes do not show how things were changed like removing the" unsourced" category shows the two stages.  The instructions said I had to change the father because she had a child.   Nothing made any sense while I was bouncing around the censuses.  Finally when I clicked on Charlotte's FAG and found she was wife, not mother, it began to slightly clear up but I was so confused I had to shut down and go back today.  Your help is much appreciated.  The PM hasn't touched any thing in 7 years so I trod on.
