Cursor problems when using enhanced editor

Question

My cursor is reverting to the same place when using the enhanced editor, whatever I do it will not move to the place I want it to to copy and paste. If I turn off enhanced editor there is no problem.

Help, it's driving me nuts!

Are you using the WikiTree Browser Extension? And does Kathy Evans' trick of pressing the Enter key help?

I think I’ve tried everything, having the option on and off etc etc. it has only just started to be a problem the last few days. Have updated windows, chrome etc. it’s a pain as I am working on wills.

I've also had the same issue for the first time today.  FWIW I don't use WBE, so that isn't the problem.

I also don’t think it’s a WBE problem, but it might be a wikitree one. Was there an update not long ago?
