How do you permanently turn off enhanced Editor?

When I save the information to her profile only half of it shows up. I turn off the enhanced editor and save my changes. Look at the public page and it is not showing everything. Can't get it to stay off for this profile.

I don't think it's a problem with the enhanced editor - I think some of your sources are missing a </ref> tag
I did it the same way for her parents and sister and don't have that problem.

Should the ref tags be at the end of the source?
Also, the <references /> tag is supposed to be directly beneath the Sources header (just be sure there are no <ref>tags</ref> below it).

No doubt the advice that the problem lies elsewhere is correct:-)

But just in case anyone wants the answer to the original question: go to

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Settings

and look for Text Editor in the first section, called Tools.

Thank you. That worked.

You need to have a closing  </ref> tag to match every <ref>, if one is missing nothing will show on the profile in the public view until the software finds the next one.    The enhanced editor will help you to locate the <ref> tags in your text so you can add the missing </ref> tag(s).  Then at the end of your bio you need to have

== Sources ==

<references/>

To make them show up correctly.
