Does anyone have access to John Wilkinson's will, who md Margaret McGume?

John Wilkinson supposedly left a will dated 1787, Chatham County, NC. I imagine it named his children who were alive at that time. I have been trying to add some sources to his profile and the picking is pretty slim!

Please confirm that John Wilkinson is the same person as John Wilkerson. Wilkerson is the man deceased in Chatham, NC. Probate records use Wilkerson/Wilkeson.
