Luc Letellier de Saint-Just a notable?

My question about "de Saint-Just" attached to François Letellier led to my learning about his great-grandson Luc Letellier de Saint-Just, a minister in the Liberal government of Alexander Mackenzie and the third lieutenant-governor of Québec. He wasn't in our tree yet, so I added him, but I don't feel competent to give him a proper biography. Should he be part of the Notables project? I'm hoping I can hand off this profile to someone who can do a proper job with it.

Ugh. I always check. And the system always checks. And yet here we are. I will do a merge. Letellier_de_Saint-Just-1 doesn't have a father, but we know who his father was. And his LNAB should be Letellier without the sobriquet.
Thank you for spotting this, E Martin. Profiles now merged. New profile still needs a manager who is not me (my watchlist is too long already).

he belongs under Canada Project, so change Quebecois tag to Canada in your question.  You need to clean up the merge results, most of what you have in ''research notes'' are bio items.

Thanks. Removed Quebecois, added Canada.

I know there is bio material there. I just want someone else to write it. :) I don't want to just lift material from another source. Maybe the Canada tag will elicit a good-hearted adoption.
