Cant merge after 30 days. [closed]

I approved a merge request immediately I received it. More than a month later the other manager has not taken action, and the merge should be open for completion. Why can I not do this?

I would try tomorrow.
Just checked, it's done.

Give it another 24 hours.  Timezones may have something to do with this.

Thank you - I had noticed. 30 days are clearly not human days. I have completed the merge and consolidated and added sources etc. The process is to click the merge button again. There is no 'complete merge' option which shows up which would make it obvious when the status had changed. If you're premature it sends you through a futile 'initiate merge' cycle.
