I need another set of eyes for this one.  Can someone make out the family name for the bride in the record referenced below.

https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Taschl-9

I can make out Marie, daughter of Laurentis (Codguer ???) and Elisabetha of Thalham.

Thank you.

WOW !   Wagner.   I see it now but never would have without your help.    Thanks !!!

I'm not totally convinced … But Wagner sounds much better than Codgune.blush

Such a writing should be forbidden … laugh

Edit: And ä from Täschl and a from Wagner would be the same …

Wagner is correct.  I have found her and 10 of her siblings now.  Haven't been able to find her parents marriage record though.   Thanks for your help.
I checked it also:

The names are definetely Wagner and Täschl

Hello Georg Taschl,

the record is in Latin. so you should add latin to the tags.

I would read "Maria, Laurentij Codgunes", but in genitive case.

Later as godparent: "Georgius Codgune"

So I would suggest Laurent(ius) Codgune as bride's father and "Georg(ius) Codgune" as godparent.

If I would have other sources with Laurent I would take Laurent, otherwise, I think I would take Laurentius.

But the family name is Codgune.

Also bride's mother is a Latin name variant Elisabeth(a). So the German name could be Elisabeth.

The grooms name doesn't look like Taschl. It looks more like Georg(ius) Tüs(c)hl.
Thank you.  Codgune makes more sense as the other way looked more french to me and this family is in Bavaria close to Austria.   I have records for several of his children and Täschl is the spelling on all those records (except a marriage record that lists him with his village name of Eitlhub(er)).
