New category: Heligoland

Hi,

Can there be a new Heligoland category please?

As to whether it comes under Denmark, Prussia, British Empire, Frisia, Germany... much like Heligoland itself, I will wait and see who is decided the victor.

I support the location category with the present day German name and State.

A Migration category could be interesting. When Charles moved to London, Heligoland was a British Crown Colony. I think [[Heligoland, Emigrants]] could be nested under [[Category:British Crown Dependencies, Emigrants]]
