Wikitree Browser Extension: Problem with autobio's Spouse and Child Details

I have been making a lot of use of the WBE's Auto Bio function, and especially the "spouse and child details" feature. However in the last few days or so something is broken. Spouses and children are not always being included.

For example, in the profile for Marcellin DeCuir, the Auto Bio button only includes the first wife and their children but does not include the second wife or her children. When I use the Spouse and Child Details button, it includes both spouses but none of the children.

Have I got something set wonky? Or is this a bug?

According to Ian, there is a 'limit exceeded' throttle that is sometimes causing errors to occur. It happens when you (or the extension) makes 'too many' calls to the server within a short period.

When problems like this have occurred in the past, it has usually taken a bit of time for it to be resolved because it can take some effort to get the backend to behave 'reasonably'.

I tried to use the 'Spouse and Children details" button on the listed profile. I got the marriages, but no kids. So maybe, Ian will be able to debug this using your example.

Thanks Murray for checking it out. I look forward to Ian's response.
Just ran it again and watched in the Console. There is a permissions error, which means Ian will have something to track down. Please tell us your platform/browser combo. If you know how to open your JavaScript Console window... look for an error report similar to this one from Safari.

[Error] Could not copy text:  – NotAllowedError: The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly because the user denied permission.

This does not mean that your settings are wrong. I got this message, and I am confident in my settings. -- MM
Ian may not have time to respond on G2G right now, but we just did a bit more debugging. Funny thing... it worked for him right away. That's OK, because later, it didn't. So, now he knows firsthand that the bug is intermittent, which is progress. It won't be fixed tonight, but he is trying to work through the problem. For now, it remains a mystery.
I'm on Windows 11 with Google Chrome browser. I don't know where or how to open the Javascript window. Is it in the "Developer Tools" window?
Yes, in the Developers Tools. But if you are unfamiliar with that, then do not feel compelled to look there. I never know who has debugging experience and who doesn't, but I sure don't expect you to dig through the JavaScript Console messages if that is foreign territory to you.
