I imported a GEDCOM recently, and everything was working beautifully. I would go through and compare matches, the ones that matched I would then edit and tick the boxes as needed to adjust information. However, I am now unable to do so! This is even on profiles that are orphaned that I have since adopted, and tried again.
I tried on multiple different devices (home computer, work computer, iPad). All of them were on Chrome, so I don't know if that may be the issue, but it "freezes", as if I hadn't clicked anything at all, and there is no error message.
This has been going on now for a few days. My current work around is to leave the ones that still need work unchecked in the GEDCOM report so I can go back and manually do the edits, but it's frustrating to do it that way, because then I have to have the FamilySearch profile open in one window and the Wikitree profile in another, manually entering the details while I have them side by side, including updates to the biography, to include new sources and such.
Overall, I don't mind having to put in that work, but the tool is there to help make this easier, and when you're sorting through thousands of ancestors, it gets frustrating when you can't use it.
Any help would be appreciated.
FWIW, my browsers clear all cookies/cache upon exit every time I close them. I have restarted my computer multiple times. I have tried on multiple devices (see above). I have tried on multiple WiFi connections (home, work, mobile hotspot). Nothing seems to change the behavior.
