Have I successfully created Omargh Church of Christ Cemetery, Milton, Ontario: Address: 9850 Britannia Rd., Milton (Halton Hills) , Ontario https://ogs.on.ca/shop/trafalgar-omagh-church-of-christ-cemetery-2331/

It is Omagh, its about 10km from where I live.

As Ros said, it should be "Omagh", also, the location parent category should be "Milton, Ontario", and the cemetery group parent category should be "Halton region, Ontario". 

See the corrected category.

Halton was a County up until 1973.  After that it was the Regional Municipality of Halton or Region of Halton.  Within the county/region are the townships of Trafalgar, Milton. Trafalgar is currently considered in the Town of Oakville.

So if I were to categorize the township of Trafalgar, shouldn't the parent group be Trafalgar, Region of Halton, Trafalgar, Halton County or Trafalgar, Ontario?  Is it based on the time when the person/profile concerned was living or current township/county boundaries?

I was not able to find a Milton, Halton Region unless you have created one.

I've never been able to find:   "request a new category or advice" link that you will see next to the Edit Text box on the edit page of any profile.  Next to the "Edit Text" Box is "Saving" on the right and "Photo Settings" on the left.

Milton is a town in Halton County/ Halton Region and only about 10 km from my house.

But a warning to many people with Categories for places, Counties, Regions in Ontario, many of the regions will cease to exist probably in 2024.

Cemeteries are created with the current name of the location. 

The category for Milton, Ontario has been in existence since 2018, I did not create it. It does not have the county/region name in the category name. It has a total of 6 cemeteries.

 The "Edit text box" is the big box where you add all the text for the biography (not the button you mentioned). To the right of the big box, you'll  see a heading "How to Add Sources" then a bit further down, a heading "How to Add Categories", which is where you'll find the link to "request a new category or advice". You might need to scroll down a bit.
