Ok, was easier than expected:
The death date is not 1807 but 1827. The writer just was a bit messy with the script. So he died February 19th 1827 wihich is clearly AFTER the marriage :) The entry reads:
----
: [1827] 4: "Wilhelm Gottlieb Eitel, born in Oberjesingen on January 9th 1781, citizen and tailor (Schneider) here, son of Wilhelm Gottlieb Eitel, shoemaker (Schuster) in Oberjesingen, and his wife Catharina Barbara, née Bäuerle; husband of Christina, née Schmid; died aged 46 years, one month, 10 days of lung inflamation on February 19th 1827 at 10 a.m. and was buried on February 21st at 10 a.m. See Seelenregister page 88.'' <ref>Landeskirchliches Archiv Stuttgart, Dekanat Mühlacker;<br>[http://www.archion.de/p/ad769d1a58/ Kirchenbuch Iptingen, Band 9, Totenregister (1808-1858); image 50.]

You can use this as is to create a profile of the father. If you do so I can add the marriage record as well.
