What to do with a Rootsweb link Error 966: "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"?

Question

There are many of those that haven't been archived by Wayback Machine. Here are a few of them:

Can we simply tag them as temporarily unavailable, and mark the suggestion as false,  until we know if or when Ancestry, who bought Rootsweb, will make them available again?

IIRC Ancestry is winding down all of RootsWeb.
