PM cannot open this profile

Question

PM is the only person on the profile, created in 2017, but she cannot change privacy to 'OPEN'.

You will find the Open Profile Request link in the drop-down menu under the profile's ID, as well as by clicking the Problems/Questions button in the shaded section under the profile's data fields.

Lindy, I did just that.  The PM replied in the positive, but even she cannot change the privacy level on the profile, and she is the PM.  I sent her a TL request, so we'll see if that works.

Of course she can change it.  She changed it to green, didn't she? Surely she can change it to white?

Ros, I quizzed the PM as to what steps she took to change the privacy level to open. From what she said, she did it right and the privacy level did not change.  She says she did not change it to green, and all most all of her profiles are open, but a few changed to green and she has not been able to change them.

Ask the profile manager to edit the profile and save it to see if the privacy level changes automatically to Open, which it should since the profiled individual was born more than 150 years ago (before 7 July 1873).

If the profile still won't open, tell her to email the tech team (info@wikitree.com).
