Hi Gail, it would be better if you direct message Robert. He may not see this question here. I had a look at Elizabeth and my guess as to the problem would be that there is no supporting source on Elizabeth's profile to prove the connection.
Im sure if you direct message the PM and start a discussion on what proof you have you may be able to resolve this. Be prepared to produce a reliable source for the PM to review.
